- Signed URLs for controlled attachment access
- External read-only tokens for shareable closeout links
- Email webhook validation to prevent spoofed ingestion
- Immutable audit logs for status and exposure changes
Data handling
Every attachment and approval is tracked with metadata, access policy, and timestamped status transitions. Closeout exports are generated from this ledger so records remain consistent across teams.
